Everything you need to know about your rating on The Hub, including Top Creator & Rising Creator status
Everyone that is accepted into the H community is already "top-shelf talent" - we only accept the best 30% of people who apply - so if you've been accepted, congratulations and thanks for being a part of H!
That said, to help provide Clients with an even better understanding of the talent within the community, we've created a rating system. Here's a breakdown of the different categories, what they mean, and where the ratings come from:
The Star System:
This one should be pretty familiar! 😉 Everyone has a rating based on a 5-star system, with 5 being the highest. The ratings are a combined score based on:
- Our Creative Pannel's review and score of your work
- Ratings you've received from working with Clients on The Hub
Keep your portfolio on The Hub up-to-date with your best work, keep honing your craft, and make sure you're Clients happy - you'll be 5 stars in no time!
Top Creator Status:
If you see a Blue Checkmark or a Blue Jewel, then you've made it to our highest level and are officially a Top Creator!!! 🎉🍾🍻
This status is given out by our internal H team based on the quality of your work, our direct experience working with you, and any feedback from other clients on The Hub. Simply put, you're the best of the best and we're proud to work with you! 😍
Rising Creator Status:
The Gold Coin is our symbol for a Rising Creator. It means we think you're on your way up - you're super talented and your work is 🔥🔥🔥. We probably haven't had a chance to shoot together yet, but you've made it to 4+ stars and are in the Top 10% of our community. Keep up the great work - we're here to help you make it to Top Creator status soon!
