If you run into a technical issue, just email support@thehhub.com with some info and we'll get it sorted out ASAP:
- Description of your issue: what exactly is the problem?
- Where the issue is happening: are you on our site? our mobile app? if possible, please include a link to exactly where the problem is happening.
- Screenshots: if possible, please attach a screenshot of the issue in your email.
- Technical Info: if possible, please let us know what kind of hardware [PC/Mac/iPhone/etc] and what browser [Chrome/Firefox/etc] you're using.
