Why do I need to message with Creators directly on The Hub? Why not just call or text them?

It's important to keep your conversations with Creators on The Hub using our messaging function. Here's why...

The H Hub has been designed to make shooting content for your brand as simple and smooth as possible. To do that, The Hub facilitates several parts of the process, including connecting Brands and Creators, providing a turnkey contract and payment process and supporting everyone involved with any help they might need. Our role is to make the process as smooth and simple as possible.

Messaging on The Hub allows both parties to send messages back and forth. Using this feature ensures that all communications are documented and in one place.

In the rare occasion that an issue arises, and either party turns to H for help, we can review this discussion and try to help solve the problem. However, if you take the conversation off-platform to email/text, we can not review those communications, making it very difficult for us to help with resolution.

Simply put, messaging directly on The Hub is critical to using The Hub productively, and helps protect everyone involved. It's also a key element of our Terms of Use, and if violated, will result in your account being deactivated.
