Everything happens right on The Hub!
You've found a great creator, aligned on a contract, and they're off and running to make you some great content. You may be wondering "how will I get the final assets?"
Directly on The Hub of course!
Here's how it works:
- When a Creator finishes a shoot, they upload assets directly to The Hub.
- You'll be notified by email when assets are ready to review.
- Log in to The Hub and click on the job card.
- You'll see small preview images of your assets - just click to review full-size versions. (These images have a watermark on them, but don't worry that goes away when you download - you can read more about watermarks here if you like.)
Be sure to review your assets BEFORE you DOWNLOAD - once you hit download, payment is immediately triggered to your photographer. Any revisions or comments should be made before images are downloaded.
- If you have any comments or feel that edits are needed, message with your creator directly on The Hub. Once the changes are made, they can re-upload the assets and you can preview them again before downloading.
- When you're happy with the images (and only when you're happy) download them to your computer!
