Here's how to make changes or delete a job post.
Thanks for posting a job on The Hub!
By now you should have received bids from some AWESOME Creators. Have questions about their bid? Just message with them directly on the platform!
If you need to make changes to your job post, you can easily edit your job before you send a contract:
- Log in and click on your job card
- Click on the "OVERVIEW" stage - you'll find this just below the name of the job
- Click on "EDIT JOB" in the upper right corner of the screen
- Once you've made your changes, make sure to click "SAVE CHANGES" in the upper right of the pop-out panel
Bids submitted prior to updating your job post can still be reviewed. If you have questions about those initial bids, or would like a Creator to modify their bid based on the updated job post, message with them directly on The Hub.
Just be sure to reflect the final, agreed-to details & deliverables in the CONTRACT with the Creator you decide to work with.
If you need to make changes to a contract after it has been signed/approved, please message directly with the Creator to agree on updated terms. If adjustments to payment are needed, based on that agreement, email us at support@thehhub.com and we will advise on how to proceed.
If for some reason you need to cancel a job post completely, email us at support@thehhub.com and we will help remove the post.
