Clients only pay the amount they agree to with Creators, plus a small fee for credit card processing.
We've built The H Hub to make it easy, fast and affordable for brands to create great content with talented Creators.
To make it easy for Clients, the amount you agree to with your creator and include in your contract is the amount you'll pay. We only ask that you cover the Credit Card fees associated with the transaction, which is 3.5% of the agreed contract amount.
You'll see this clearly called out when you enter your credit card at the contract phase (we always strive to be as transparent as possible!)
Keep in mind, if you change the scope of the project, or ask for incremental work from your Creator (e.g. more images, more complicated setups, etc.) there may be additional costs involved. Please discuss these types of changes directly with the Creator you've hired and work together to align on a new budget.
